Course Structure

  • 12 Phases of 2 to 3 days each – once in two months for 2 years 12 Reviews – once in two months for 2 years
  • 12 Master Mind Meetings – once in three months for 2 years

Key Deliverables

Pre-Assessment

  • First and foremost, we shall pre-assess Entrepreneur’s needs with respect to his personal ideology and thinking, his personality traits, his point of view on organizational needs and its future development that is his perception about the organization and its development. And how we can align the current systems and processes in the organization and the future needs of the organization with Entrepreneur’s perceptions and expectations. (3 days)

Phase 1 : Environmental Analysis & Assessment

  • “Knowing yourself is the beginning of all Wisdom”

Phase 2 : Personal Transformation Plan

  • Phase 2 encompasses personal specific needs of Entrepreneur’s overall personality and transforming his personality into a Tough, inspired, highflier, innovative, quick-witted, dynamic and persuasive Individual.

Phase 3 : Manifestation of Core Ideology & Core Competencies

  • “Role of Core Ideology is to guide and inspire not to differentiate”
  • “Core Purpose is like a star on the horizon forever to be chased”

Phase 4 : Articulating Your Vision Frame work

  • During phase 4 we shall help articulate your vision frame work which has two essential elements: 1st Blueprint of Future Vision (Vivid Description) & 2nd A mountain to be Climbed (BHAG – Big Hairy Audacious Goal).

Phase 5 : Strategic Planning

  • “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail”
  • Phase 5 clearly reveals long term to short term reverse planning, where we facilitate entrepreneur to plan their next 3 years strategy, next one-year, next quarter and next week on a single sheet of paper which will then become the sole source of direction and guidance for the business for the next 3 years.

Phase 6 : Entrepreneur’s Core Team Development

  • At Phase 6 the entrepreneur shall learn the process of developing the Core Team and executing “CONTROLLED DELEGATION” which will then lead the entrepreneur to focus on core competencies and realign their time, energy, and efforts on revenue generating activities to build a great Organization.

Phase 7 : HR and Talent Management

  • In order to build a great organization an entrepreneur must attract the right talent and appoint capable & proficient workforce that would enable the Entrepreneur to sky rocket the overall growth and ultimately build a “GREAT ORGANIZATION”. With the implementation of Top Grading process, you can now begin hiring high performers and avoiding mis-hires in every job, whether it’s a team of 10 people or 100,000.

Phase 8 : Entrepreneurial Greatness Habits

  • “Your Habits lead you to your Destiny”
  • During Phase 8 we shall impart the necessary personal GREATNESS habits and organizational GREATNESS habits to be developed where 5 personal GREATNESS habits and 5 organizational GREATNESS habits are taught.

Phase 9 : Sales, Marketing and Branding

  • Sales and marketing is ultimately about solving problems. Entrepreneurs are natural problem solvers – they get into business because there’s something they want to create or improve or develop to fill a need in the world. Often people get the idea that sales is about “talking people into buying something” or “overcoming objections.”
  • At Phase 9, an entrepreneur shall be equipped with all the tools of sales, marketing and branding, where he will be taught the phases and procedures of sales enhancement, marketing and branding to scale up his business.

Phase 10 : Developing Culture of 3 P’s (Positivity, Possibility and Productivity)

  • A company’s culture affects its productivity
  • Productivity is a result of motivation, and motivation thrives in a good climate.
  • In Phase 10,we will guide the entrepreneur to create a culture of Positivity, possibility and productivity, the 3 P’s model will help entrepreneur to manage people better and create an aura that boosts productivity in the entire organization through REBT model (Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy) developed by Dr.Albert Ellis in 1955.

Phase 11 : Being a Fidato for your team

  • Trust is a driving force for business creation, and to create a global business you need to build a team that is capable of meeting the challenge. In a global business, conscious team building is one of the key factors to success. It is better to have a first-rate team with a second-rate plan, than to have a second-rate team with a first-rate plan. Winning teams can overcome obstacles and react faster to changing surroundings.
  • The phase 11, focuses on building trust in high-performing teams. It asks whether it is possible to manage trust, which tools and operation models should be used to speed up the building of trust.

Phase 12 : Developing Leadership Strength

  • Leadership is almost 100% about managing people and manufacturing more leaders. Having great ideas and a strategic vision won’t get you far if your employees aren’t willing to follow you. And too many entrepreneurs take leadership skills for granted.
  • In Phase 12, you shall recognize that leadership comes in a number of different styles and people have different maturity levels. You might not be the pounding-the-podium, extroverted ideal of a leader that many of us have come to associate with the concept of “leadership.” It’s still possible to become an effective leader if you tend to be more reserved or withdrawn – as long as you follow the model of situational leadership and unleash the Leader within.
